The hotel was good, but the Booking.com customer care was not good

Peacefull place . comfortable stay with family.large and secure parking.nice ginger tea

Took early chekin charges of 400 for 2 rooms also not gvn bill for that. I booked 2 delux a/c rooms one room I got was small an other one big. In one room bed size also small. I expected room will be attached to each other but I got room with much distance from each other. In room shits of pigeon where there doors of wardrobe are broken and only one side door is there fans are not cleaned for months so much dust on it. Water geyser not available. They provided rod for that. Iron and iron board also not available in both rooms. Hair dryer also not available. Service of breakfast is also late. Very pathetic experience. Towels where not provided in both rooms.

Very pathetic service. Rooms were not clean. Bathroom didnt have any light. Power sockets were not working.

Staff behaviour is not good and they are doing spam with clients

Pathetic Experience, Hotel owner was assaulting, shouting at me, I got 1 parantha in complimentry breakfast

It was one of our worst of the worst place. We walked out and dint even stay there for 30 mins.

Washroom are choke & toilet Flush not working.

Worst hotels to stay does not maintain rooms , No hot water no working AC,no water in washbasin ,all switches are broken...207 room washroom door lock broken room is dirty , shited to room no 106 which is worst than that Ac doesn't work properly, no water in washbasin , switches are broken . TV is not working

If I could give a star rating in negative it would be -5. Room smells foul, bedsheets and bankets are dirty, torn, smelly. Toilets are in worse condition and dirty. Even the room floors are so sticky we never removed our footwear. When we asked for towels they said we don't have clean ones now we will give you next morning at 5. Next mornig we didn't get any towel. they all were sleeping till 7:30am that's when we left. There is nothing like room service, they don't clean rooms they don't provide water, toiletries or anything a hotel provides. We had pre-booked 2 rooms, check-in time is 12noon, they gave us one room at 3 pm and the other at 9pm. If you are in for a torture. I highly recommend this room. Book for someone u want to punish.
