2 AverageFooled by agoda with beautified picture of the property. can be described as a lodge or inn. even after being in a great locality the basic rooms lack very simple amenities such as electric kettle. the rooms were big but not nice. beds were highly uncomfortable. kitchen closes by 8:30 pm sharp. traveled with parents who are 60+ aged. the flush for the toilet was not functioning even after stating this there was no step taken to get it fixed till we checked out before pur stay completed. do not choose hotel booking from agoda!Oshin Roy, 29 Dec

1 AverageWater is not available in the morning. it came after 9 am on one day. management is pathetic and needs to be changed by hotel management. only one ⭐ overall for its location. the intercom is always busy without any reason.Rk Yadav, 29 Dec

1 AverageVery poor service and room maintenance also much below par then expectations. no room cleaning, towel changes, drinking water, poor breakfast service, so overall very poor experience. the care taker not active to customer issues and improvement suggestions, rather pointing issues at customer end. i told him to give.me number of owner, and he doesn't want to give it, citing excuses , one after another. this guy gives breakfast of his choice (poha, parantha,sandwich) and as per his timing of convenience, wow, amazing, never seen that he could not even reheat the breakfast ,again citing excuses. i told him ,i would have to give poor reviews, and this guy says ok, no problem. pathetic atitude, behavior ,rude to.say the least i would never come again, u guys decide for yourself housekeeping staff shortage as well. see pics below. the only positive being the location, central in vaishali nagar, commutable easily.Gautam P, 14 Sep

5 FabulousPleasant stay at huge and spacious property, staffs were attentive, helpful and amazing. location is prime and close to all the daily needs and required amenities. breakfast is awesome with ginger chai. property is clean and tidy, maintained very well. overall awesome place to stay safe and hassle free experience hence highly recommended.Gordhan Singh, 16 Jun

4.7 FabulousI like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. in my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.Surender Singh Chauhan, 5 Jan
