Rooms, service and food all were above expectations! As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with the drinks and wet towels as it was hot, then the check-in process was very fast and smoothly done. Rooms were clean, spacious and well Maintained with staff being very helpful and attentive to take all the requests. Ps. They have a very nice restaurant located on the ground floor that serves quite good food

I have booked 3 room for me and my family The person on reception was very professional and good in behaviour. The hotel property is clean the washroom was very clean toilet seats are also clean rooms are smelling too good. This was one of the best Hotel property in vaishali nagar jaipur. Overall i have given 5 star rating to this hotel

This is the worse experience I have ever had in India. I booked a Non-Refundable rate to stay here and they refused to check me in as I am a foreigner. However, they allowed me to make me booking knowing that I was Foreign. The refused to check me in and to give me a refund also. I hope you are proud of the name that you give to your own country. Also, Goibibo didn't help at all. They kept telling me they would call me back and the never did. It's so sad that there are so many cheaters here. They responded to this review below but don’t believe them. I literally received emails where they told me they will not refund me. They continue lying just to look good on here. And, they definitely discriminate on nationality, hence I wasn’t allowed to stay. If you are genuine about giving me a refund, contact me and I will be honest to adjust my review to reflect this new information.

Worst experience kindly ignore visiting this hotel for stay rude staff behaviour and the manager he don't know how to talk to guests, washroom water supply is not proper when I asked manager he said he will resolve the issue but no action taken on it.

Very bad test of booking. Had booked a room and paid advance money. Due to personal reason, couldn't check-in, so cancelled the booking. But advance money yet to be refunded...
