Room was small but okayish, however washroom was inpoor condition.

The hotel looked good in photos, though Google reviews were mixed, so I decided to try it. Unfortunately, my experience was closer to the negative reviews. On arrival, I was shown multiple rooms – all had a damp, unpleasant smell, some had just been painted and the fumes hadn’t dried, making them unsuitable. I was travelling with my 68-year-old father, so staying in such conditions for 3 days was not possible, especially after paying a premium. After I raised my concern, the staff showed me another room. It was slightly better but still far from clean. Bigger rooms had stained, moldy sofas, the commode wasn’t properly cleaned, and the TV didn’t work until they replaced a broken remote. The staff kept repeating that they were giving me a “big room complimentary,” but honestly, I would have preferred a smaller, clean room instead. The only positive was that the staff were polite and tried to help, but the overall standards of maintenance, hygiene, and facilities were well below expectations. Sadly, I will not be choosing this hotel again and hope the management addresses these issues seriously.

My recent experience at FabHotel Suncitel was very poor. The rooms provided were significantly smaller than expected, but the lack of basic amenities was the biggest problem. We faced a total lack of water in the bathroom shortly after arrival. Management moved us to a new room, but the same issue persisted there as well. The constant room shifting and follow-ups with staff ruined the purpose of our visit. We were looking forward to a good time, but it was entirely wasted on basic maintenance complaints. Very poorly managed.

"Absolutely Disgusting – Cockroaches and Filth Galore!" I can honestly say that my stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences of my life. From the moment I walked into the room, I was hit with a musty, damp smell that made me want to turn around and leave. But things only got worse from there. The room was filthy. The carpet was stained and sticky, the sheets had questionable spots, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Mold was growing in the corners of the shower, and the towels had a weird, sour smell to them. I couldn’t even bring myself to use them. But the absolute breaking point was when I saw a cockroach scurrying across the floor. And not just one – over the course of my stay, I spotted at least three more. They were crawling near the bed, in the bathroom, and even on the nightstand. I couldn’t sleep at all, knowing those disgusting creatures were sharing the room with me. To make matters worse, when I complained to the front desk, they barely seemed to care. They offered to move me to another room, but after seeing the state of the first one, I had no confidence that the next would be any better. The staff was dismissive and unapologetic, which just added insult to injury. I ended up cutting my stay short and booking a room elsewhere. This place is a health hazard, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel at all costs. Cockroaches, filth, and terrible service – what more could you ask for?

During my recent stay at the hotel, I encountered a series of challenges that disappointed me. Furthermore, the noisy environment further disrupted the peace, making it difficult to relax. The staff's unresponsiveness to complaints was a significant issue that detracted from the overall quality of my stay. They seemed to need more professionalism to address guests' concerns adequately, leading to a suboptimal experience. The room's cleanliness could have been more satisfactory, with stains on the carpet and dusty surfaces. The uncomfortable bedding posed another challenge, with a lumpy mattress that made it difficult to attain restful sleep. Basic amenities, such as toiletries, towels, and coffee, needed to be adequately supplied, adding to the inconvenience. The environment was also noisy, with disruptions from other guests, nearby construction, or traffic. Lastly, the services offered were overpriced, and the quality of the stay did not justify the high cost of the room. Considering the price of 2700 per day, the hotel fell short of expectations regarding cleanliness, comfort, service quality, and value for money. In conclusion, I would only recommend this hotel to some. The issues I encountered significantly detracted from the quality of my stay and suggested a need for improvement in various areas.

if you are belog to good family you can stay this hotel, this is C grade catogory hotel. so pls dont book this hotel. The photos on the booking apps and the actual rooms are quite different.. Poor hotel with Poor facilities.. Not very clean. Worst experience todate. Provided a room that's the size a too small, that's just in front of kitchen where the door bangs as the kitchen door opens. And when this issue was raised I was told that the pblm of kitchen is only for 2 hrs and stops as and when the kitchen stops working. No change to a better room provided. The receptionist is arrogant and shows no respect towards customer. Dirty rooms with no services, even the bed sheets and pillows were so dirty you can’t sleep. It’s better you should avoid this hotel. In this hotel water bottle is chargeable without giving any information not complimentory any water bottle. I got C grade towel its better not to use after complaining they behave like rudly...Services is very poor.. and in washroom place there is no hand wash after complain they give me hair wash sampoo and telling both are same. I am very disappointed...Worst service I ever seen in my life...I am not giving one star also...These hotel not belongs to one star in review... As per the premium price they charge for the rooms get ready to be welcomed to the most dirty black themed washroom where they have left no stones unturned to keep the toilet seat dirtier than those found in public toilet The speed of water in taps is super slow and if you wish to have a shower then please forget that. Now coming to the main point They have written big notes on no alcohol and no unmarried couples or prostitution allowed But we have ourselves seen 3 couples out of which 1 clearly looked like a prostitute entering the hotel in a matter of 30minutes while we were waiting for our cab to arrive. Infact they maintain seperate register to enter their names. Clearly local identity and no luggage While a decent family is expected to fulfill n number of formalities like identity card,signature and also a webcam photo being taken These under the table silthy work needs no verification It was utterly disgusting and unfit for the family trip especially taking into consideration the fact that this place is walkable distance from a divine place of religious interest like BELUR MATH Shame on the hotel

Very bad experience from this hotel, I have stay with my family and friends and booked 5 room for 3 days, room conditions and all other bed sheet, room conditions bathroom conditions is very horrible, and after book I called and ask for early check the hotel stay say some extra charges applied. But at before one hrs reaching to hotel at morning 6.0 am they told me no any room vacant, after more request lastly they ready to give at 40% Extra charges of booking amount. I have ready because we have no any other options. At the time of check out I asked how much we have to give but the available person asked no amount remaining. So we think we check in time is 5 hour before and chech out 7 hours before so cosider same. But at 9.00 am they call me and ask for before check amount. So the stop of this hotel only think to any how collect money to you. Don't book this hotel in any conditions.
