I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and I had a pleasant stay here. The pics attached were taken during checking out, so the room may look messier, but it was well maintained during check in. The property is around 500m away from the Bangur Bus stop and 3km away from Belgachia metro station. The receptionist guy, who checked me in was really polite. I had a few issues in the room and they were resolved quickly. So, no complaints here, although the bedsheets could have been cleaner. The room was quiet and no outside noise, apart from the corridor noise was heard. The wifi worked properly and hot water was available almost all the time. I was there in winter, so can't comment on the AC. The bathroom door is annoying though. The rubber strap on the edges of the glass door doesn't let the door slide in properly and the bathroom lock in my room was wobbly. Hope the management will look at the issue. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay here at this hotel.

Breakfast was included in my booking. Hotel staffs don't know. Infact 9 AM breakfast not unable to possible as stated by the staffs and so many requests provided break fast at 9 AM. Thanks for that.

Most horrible experience. Room was not cleaned for a month as per staff as no one was booking. Room had bugs, mosquitos and lizards, we were really forced to stay cause we had no other options. But we couldn't sleep all night due to constant dust and insects.

Location is perfecto - hats off. nice. BUT 1. No service quality. 2. Breakfast not made available 3. No call for Breakfast 4. Repeated time reminders to send food to room 5. Room Cleaning only on ask 6. TV remote not available 7. toiletries only on demand 8. Limited water bottles in room as per no of days booked.

Honest experience of stay of 4 days- Pros- very near to cc1, city centre metro Cons- the lifts dont work properly. The building is shared with ambrosia bar&restaurant which is not safe if u are staying alone. Room services are not upto the level. Moreover this hotel has few rooms only. The washrooms are below average.

The location of De Sivalika Boutique is good, but the overall experience was disappointing. The room condition and cleanliness were not satisfactory. There was no hot water, and the bathroom was not clean. Also, the online photos look good, but in reality the rooms are very different. It is not worth the money spent

I did not stay, had to vacate after seeing the room

The hotel tried scamming us by not letting us check in. For almost 2 hours, they claimed their system showed no reservation and said the hotel was completely full with no rooms available. After waiting for two hours, their system suddenly started showing our reservation—and magically, a room was available. The room they gave us was disgusting. There were cockroaches roaming around, even on the bed. Nothing was clean or hygienic. When we complained, the staff casually responded, “This is okay, kaha hai cockroach?” as if it was normal. Extremely unprofessional behavior and horrible experience overall.

Pathetic experience. They don't accept local IDs. But they didn't care to inform us while booking. We got to know the fact after reaching the hotel at around 9 pm in a winter night when searching for other hotels were very difficult. Fab hotels didn't make any refund. Rather they were trying to help us by shifting to another hotel which was about 3 km away in spite of arranging room in nearby fabhotels which were about some meters distance. I'll highly recommend not to use their service.
