I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and I had a pleasant stay here. The pics attached were taken during checking out, so the room may look messier, but it was well maintained during check in. The property is around 500m away from the Bangur Bus stop and 3km away from Belgachia metro station. The receptionist guy, who checked me in was really polite. I had a few issues in the room and they were resolved quickly. So, no complaints here, although the bedsheets could have been cleaner. The room was quiet and no outside noise, apart from the corridor noise was heard. The wifi worked properly and hot water was available almost all the time. I was there in winter, so can't comment on the AC. The bathroom door is annoying though. The rubber strap on the edges of the glass door doesn't let the door slide in properly and the bathroom lock in my room was wobbly. Hope the management will look at the issue. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay here at this hotel.

Faced very bad experience with this property. The rates are too high and there are no services as per the price. Images of the room are not as per on the site of the property. Hilarious Experience.

"Absolutely Disgusting – Cockroaches and Filth Galore!" I can honestly say that my stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences of my life. From the moment I walked into the room, I was hit with a musty, damp smell that made me want to turn around and leave. But things only got worse from there. The room was filthy. The carpet was stained and sticky, the sheets had questionable spots, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Mold was growing in the corners of the shower, and the towels had a weird, sour smell to them. I couldn’t even bring myself to use them. But the absolute breaking point was when I saw a cockroach scurrying across the floor. And not just one – over the course of my stay, I spotted at least three more. They were crawling near the bed, in the bathroom, and even on the nightstand. I couldn’t sleep at all, knowing those disgusting creatures were sharing the room with me. To make matters worse, when I complained to the front desk, they barely seemed to care. They offered to move me to another room, but after seeing the state of the first one, I had no confidence that the next would be any better. The staff was dismissive and unapologetic, which just added insult to injury. I ended up cutting my stay short and booking a room elsewhere. This place is a health hazard, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel at all costs. Cockroaches, filth, and terrible service – what more could you ask for?

During my recent stay at the hotel, I encountered a series of challenges that disappointed me. These issues ranged from unresponsive and unprofessional staff to poor cleanliness, uncomfortable bedding, and a lack of amenities. Furthermore, the noisy environment further disrupted the peace, making it difficult to relax. The staff's unresponsiveness to complaints was a significant issue that detracted from the overall quality of my stay. They seemed to need more professionalism to address guests' concerns adequately, leading to a suboptimal experience. The room's cleanliness could have been more satisfactory, with stains on the carpet and dusty surfaces. The uncomfortable bedding posed another challenge, with a lumpy mattress that made it difficult to attain restful sleep. Basic amenities, such as toiletries, towels, and coffee, needed to be adequately supplied, adding to the inconvenience. The environment was also noisy, with disruptions from other guests, nearby construction, or traffic. Lastly, the services offered were overpriced, and the quality of the stay did not justify the high cost of the room. Considering the price of 2700 per day, the hotel fell short of expectations regarding cleanliness, comfort, service quality, and value for money. In conclusion, I would only recommend this hotel to some. The issues I encountered significantly detracted from the quality of my stay and suggested a need for improvement in various areas.

if you are belog to good family you can stay this hotel, this is C grade catogory hotel. so pls dont book this hotel. The photos on the booking apps and the actual rooms are quite different.. Poor hotel with Poor facilities.. Not very clean. Worst experience todate. Provided a room that's the size a too small, that's just in front of kitchen where the door bangs as the kitchen door opens. And when this issue was raised I was told that the pblm of kitchen is only for 2 hrs and stops as and when the kitchen stops working. No change to a better room provided. The receptionist is arrogant and shows no respect towards customer. Dirty rooms with no services, even the bed sheets and pillows were so dirty you can’t sleep. It’s better you should avoid this hotel. In this hotel water bottle is chargeable without giving any information not complimentory any water bottle. I got C grade towel its better not to use after complaining they behave like rudly...Services is very poor.. and in washroom place there is no hand wash after complain they give me hair wash sampoo and telling both are same. I am very disappointed...Worst service I ever seen in my life...I am not giving one star also...These hotel not belongs to one star in review... Extremely pathetic. Worst room and service Never ever use this hotel as everything shown in picture is false. The hotel is outside city and is a place for local hookers (Couples). I reached at hotel midnight and checked in only for night stay. The guy at reception had a simple NO on every questions asked. Food - No Drinks - No Parking - No Any recommendations for local restaurants - No I booked the most premium room of this hotel. Our room was on 4th floor. Lift was dead and we had to climb stairs. After a long day I was so tired that could not even climb 2 floors too still went on 4th floor. After reaching 4th floor the door was opened and I was shocked. The room was extremely dirty. The room had insects and lizards every where. Paints coming out from walls, filthy furniture, smelly room, dirty toilets, ac 10 years old, floor full of dirt and dead insects. I called the receptionist and asked if this was premium room which I booked he said this is our premium room. Imagine what would be the cheapest room like. I had no option to go elsewhere as it was midnight and no rooms available nearby. And yes toilet seats as broken and shower did not had any water in it. I would never ever recommend anyone to go here. They are cheats and so do is is fab and Agoda as they posted fake room photos of rooms online. Rubbish, sluggish, and cheapo that is what I would say for this.

Honest experience of stay of 4 days- Pros- very near to cc1, city centre metro Cons- the lifts dont work properly. The building is shared with ambrosia bar&restaurant which is not safe if u are staying alone. Room services are not upto the level. Moreover this hotel has few rooms only. The washrooms are below average.
