Pathetic room service and staff are fooling to guest. I would like to bring to your attention my recent experience during my stay, which was quite disappointing and did not meet the expectations set at the time of booking. I booked the room over a call, during which the Fab booking agent clearly informed me that a buffet breakfast would be provided. However, upon check-in, the receptionist informed me that breakfast would be available only through room service starting at 7:30 a.m. As I had to leave early for Chandigarh, I informed the receptionist a day in advance that I would require breakfast by 8:00 a.m. I was assured that this would be arranged. Unfortunately, the next morning I was informed that the kitchen would only start operations at 8:30 a.m. Considering my tight schedule, I requested the staff to arrange anything that could be prepared quickly. I was told that options like aloo paratha, bread-butter, and coffee would be available. However, I was later informed that bread had not yet been delivered by the supplier, and I was assured that parathas would be ready within 10 minutes. Despite waiting until 9:00 a.m., no breakfast was prepared. After waiting further, I checked out and came down to the reception, where no staff member was available for another 10 minutes. Eventually, I had to leave with just one plain paratha packed in foil with pickle, which was highly inadequate and unprofessional. What adds to the disappointment is that ₹350 was charged for breakfast at the time of booking, despite the service not being delivered as promised. I hope you will look into this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to improve communication, service quality, and guest handling in the future.

I recently stayed at FabHotel Yellow Leaf and was thoroughly disappointed with the level of customer service. The staff demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and proper training in guest relations. Receptionist was super rude and unprofessional. Throughout my stay, I encountered staff members who simply did not know how to communicate appropriately with customers. Their manner was discourteous and their approach to handling guest concerns was wholly inadequate. Basic hospitality standards were clearly not being met. When you’re paying for hotel accommodation, you expect a certain level of service and respect. Unfortunately, FabHotel Yellow Leaf failed to deliver on this fundamental expectation. The unprofessional behavior of the staff significantly detracted from what could have been a pleasant stay.

I visited FabHotel Yellow Leaf and was extremely disappointed with the reception staff’s behavior. The receptionist was not only unprofessional but also extremely rude. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I expected basic courtesy and professional service, but the experience fell far short of any reasonable standard. Management needs to urgently address their staff’s attitude and customer service skills.
