Tea was served in disposable glasses. glasses were not clean.

Worst experience with poor ventilation inside. no ac even at the reception, stairway area too hot due to ac's compressor air. lacks basic amenities like handwash, bathing soap and cleanliness in the room we got. i would not recommend anyone for this. name comes out to be a joke in itself !! no way paradise !!

Place is comfortable and good location, hotel is beautiful with great staff, everybody will make your stay comfortable and feel like home, you don't have to wait for anything, everything is there.. i loved it, if get time, will definitely stay as long as i can. ))
