    "Dear sir, Plz find the attachment, I have booked hotel name Feb royal M G at Ludhiana bus stand. They give me room no 102. It was looking okay to stay so I paid to the reception( I attached the screenshot of rs 903) but when use the bathroom it was chocked( I have attached pic and video)with something and bathroom fill with the water after taking bath . I complain to reception but there is no responsible person is there all left only room boy seeting there name called Amit he told me that is was chocked permanently... And they offer me a other room on 2 floor 203 we he open the there is shits on the bed of mouse. He close right away that room. And said We can't do anything thing. then I asked for refund so refuse to pay me the refund I been there only for half hour. So I called to the Feb costomer care and told them all story.. they said send pic and video tofeedback@febhotels.com."
