    "Worst stay. Dirtiest of dirty Hotel I had ever been. After staying for one hour I checked out of room same day due to uncleanliness. Unhygienic, Smelly room. Dirty washroom. Dirty linen. Room was equivalent to railway station sleeper class waiting hall."

    "Worst service, hot water not available, geyser not working, gave a water heater which was also not working, had to wait 45mins and then he gets half a bucket of hot water. Paid extra for breakfast, but was saying it will take 20 mins to get it, didn't even inform that we had to let them know in prior, totally unprofessional Had to wait 45 mins after we ordered for Tea"

    "I stayed in the most premium room suite. It was smelling dusty, dirty linen, dirt visible at all the corners, no toiletries, no freshness anywhere. Restaurant not operating, breakfast option only Paratha and sandwich...faced severe issues on billing while checking out, wasn't given the bill even when checked out at 9am. When the bill was given after two days of checkout after several reminders,, the bill wasn't matching with the payment made. Was asked to contact Fab hotels customer care for resolution wasting my time... Overall pathetic, not recommended at all"

    "Почему удаляете отзывы????!! Why are you deleting comments? This is a terrible hotel. When I first entered the room, Pen had a dirty toilet, there were stains and hair on the bed linen. The floors were dirty too. I went to the reception. They changed my bed linen, but it was still stained and hairy. The toilet was cleaner, but the floors were so dirty all over the room. I was promised to change the room, but no one did it. I fell asleep because I was very tired at night after the road. When I woke up in the morning, I needed to wash up, but there was no hot water. When I went to the reception, they told me to wait 4 minutes. 15 minutes later, a bucket of hot water was brought to me. I do not recommend this hotel. I couldn't sleep properly because there is no normal sound insulation, people were talking very loudly at the reception all night"

I paid for breakfast for 2 rooms in my make my trip booking but they didn’t provide as they said breakfast serving is after 9.30 am so we left property without breakfast Never book this hotel worst property ever in Ludhiana unprofessional guys handling front desk"

    "This hotel is not upto the mark. They never gave water bottle per day. They told me to fill water bottle from R.O. which was on terrace. Even they don't bother to fill bottle for us. It's kind like dharmashala. Matt outside washroom was so much dirty when I asked to change it I got to know that owner didn't give us. They refused to give shop and shampoo on a daily basis and when I asked why then I got to know that it's our personal requirements we are not providing. This hotel has only 10 rooms although wifi lose it's connectivity or Speed frequently. I have mentioned while booking that I am staying for business purposes and I have to use my mobile network. Usually noone asked my for any charges for early check-in in whole india. They charge me for early check-in it was weird. I'm sorry but I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. It would be better to stay in Dharmshala instead."

    "I booked for a solo traveller, i.e. myself. It was a tiny room with a tiny bathroom. No space to keep luggage(wardrobe/cupboard). No mirror in the room. The mirror is there in the bathroom. The staff is very helpful."

    "Worst experience booking thru Fab Hotel firstly i did a booking thru Mr Nites Fab Executive the price which i booked hotel offered by Mr Nitesh tariff is with breakfast.When i reached hotel hotel manager denied to provide to room at that price after some mails and disscussion with Fab team they offered me room after 20 min waiting. In morning they denied to given bfast complimentary which is included in my tarrif. My suggestion do not use Fab hotel"
