    "Firstly, the location details provided was not accurate and complete on email. The actual hotel which was named there as Pallavi denied that they are not Fabexpress station ll. And sent us to other fab hotel, which was by the name Mohan. None of them had hoardings of the name, which is on the Fab official app or website. The room offered to us was in Mohan Hotel, was the worst it could be. The beds were dirty, looked like the bedsheet given to us was being used by someone sleeping on road side. The bathroom was so stinky that it was being used as public toilet by the whole neighbourhood. None of the hotel staff or manager helped us with anything. Also, initially tossing us between the hotels denying me check-in, being a female (my wife) with me at 12 in the night and place like delhi."

Bedsheet and towel was not cleaned.. could see stains on it"

    "At a price room was not worthy. Having king size bed but mattress was single size two which create gap between and uncomfortable to sleep. The ac was not cooling room. The washroom mirror was not good in condition. Toiletries was not upto the mark. Towel was not provided. Room has very sticky smells."

    "Personally was not satisfied becaus of the receptionist named Prakash behaviour was not acceptable.He was rude.We booked for premium room even 2days earlier we stayed on the same room.When we asked for the same room he said that was not premium room and offered as a room that was not at all premium.Then one of the receptionist offered us a premium room Prakash started arguing with us and the co worker.when they offered us a premium room ,we went upstairs ,we saw he offered us a room that was not clean. The room service team didnt cleaned and he offered us the room .We again asked him kept us waiting and offered room again.As we were too tired we had to wait.This behaviour of your team was not at all acceptable.Such a worst service I encountered this time.Your team needs to work on communication skills and should work on customer service skills."
