Worst Hotel, No Buffet Breakfat, Bad Breakfast Quality.

Strictly not for family. Only for bachelor boys no sense of security after dark full of smoke and drinks families avoid this place. No kitchen. Lift not working. Rooms are somky smell

I went first time to Delhi alone as a female and it was my last flight I reached Delhi.After informing from delhi airport that I will be having dinner, still i reached after 2 hrs and they went to bring dinner and i waited again for another 1 hour.then before dinner arrived they took cash from me for the finner as if i will run away after having dinner at night i was not even freshen up and faced these tantrums. Secondly next day i ordered lunch after coming from work at 3.30pm and i was tremendous hungry, they provided it after 2 hours. Thirdly i will not recommend this hotel to single female because the lock system is unsecured as they dont have any extra lock from inside only the card protected one which can be opened anyone by mastercard or duplicate card Fourthly i faced 3 times power off at 1am and there was no DG or power back up.all alone sitting at room risking and counting time when power will come Fifthly after arriving late night and booking was done a day back the washroom was very dirty and someone male came at night and cleaned the same Sixthly,as the rooms were congested and close to reception area,almost you will hear loud sound of mobile as well as staffs loudly talking which was being heard almost till 2am-3am. Ridiculous experience. I will be goin delhi often now but will never stay here thats for sure. Only staying no lunch dinner will be provided by them.better order from food app Moreover no privacy..very disturbing ambience.

We booked a room in vaishali Dakshini pitampura for 14 June2025 with booking ID ZQOIZE. During checkin we found that the rooms were very stingy there was bad smell in all the rooms and they have shown three rooms and in one of the room there was the geyser was fallen down and the roof was open in the bathroom so it was very doubtful. the rooms were very bad and stingy so that is why we could not check in. Finally we asked for change in the room and they have changed the booking . At first they also said in the hotel Express roseman. Then again cancelled it due to non availability. Then we have got the room in Express 7 heaven and there we checked-in. This is happened since 9:00 pm and and around 10:30 pm we checked in so one and half hour in the night we faced lot of problem in check in due to this bad fabhotels. I hope you will rectify it in future. One important thing hotel vaishali dakshini and hotel white safron is one and the same thing. So I request not to confuse people about the hotels. Such a bad service from FABhotels.

I have been to this hotel very recently. Honest review:- It is not as per fab standard, you pay extra for the standards but that standard is not there. They do not have inhouse restaurant which they claim they have while booking. There is not enough staff to cater to our needs. I stayed there for 2 days and the room was cleaned only once before check in. Despite of repetatively telling them to clean the room they did not clean. Location is great as it is located next to jankpuri east metro station gate no 2. Delhi has greater connectivity anyways so if you are ready to pay this price than definately go for some better option. A person named shailesh took my booking online and I had clearly said I would need early check in, when I reached hotel I was denied checking in early and then this person Shailesh even didn't picked my call. The hotel reception boy helped me to get the room early so five start for him.

The room was in poor condition, with noticeable wear and no fresh paint. Most concerning was the air conditioning unit, which was not functioning properly. Although the staff attempted to fix it, it worked only temporarily. In the middle of the night, it stopped working again, making it difficult for me to rest, especially since I had planned to work throughout the night. Given these inconveniences, I would like to formally request a refund for my stay. Thieves - The manager and other cleaning staff. My dad went to Delhi for his cousin's 10th day of death and met with horrible news at the hotel. His whole medicine bag with medicine worth 3K and his fossil watch was stolen from his bag. Upon informing the manager about the incident she did nothing. My father trusted the hotel for cleaning and this is how they repaid. He had to catch a flight today hence couldn't file an F.I.R against all the staff involved in the crime. Even after informing to MakeMyTrip customer care they have taken no action yet. Also they have plastic glass in the room with a kettle. Like useless. For more than 4K for 2days this is worthless place to stay.

Not a good place to go with family...and room is easily available for 1500/night but fabhotels after all discounts booked for 1800/night... and fabhotel executive also told me that extra mattress will be available at reception for 200-300 (500 max) but at reception they asked for 800 for one extra mattress per day. Location of hotel is not easily accessible its not on road. Everytime it smelled ciggaratte smoke in their hotel. No food available in day time. They said their restaurant available from 10 PM to 5 AM only. and Lift is only made available till 3rd floor though rooms are on 4th floor. I felt scammed after staying at Fabhotels Moro.
