"First, staff couldn't find the door key.. so they unlocked room with screwdriver Did not provide complementary packaged water Could not connect to wifi with the password staff provided Provided one bucket hot water after 2 hours that too was just warm.. Bedsheet and towel was not cleaned.. could see stains on it"

THEY GAVE ME ROOM NEXT TO RECEPTION & BOTH GUYS PLAYING MUSIC SO LOUD THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO SLEEP AFTER SHOUTING 2 TIMES THEY STOPPED & AFTER 1 HOUR AGAIN THEY STARTED MUSIC .
