Excellent service, the front desk officer is very kind and helpful. Recommending for a short stay near the dwarka sector 9 metro station.

Good hotel and room cleaning good

Lot of noise by other guests ....need to contain it by the hotel staff so that others are not disturbed....had to wait for room to get alloted on check-in date.....need more food options .....available snacks were acceptable ....need proper linen to be made available .....substandard towels provided....new pillow covers not made available on time.....staff was respectful and made available the food on time ...noise from outside the room can be easily heard inside ....

OVERALL DOWN GRADE EXPERIENCE OF STAY. * B.FAST INCLUDED IN STAY WAS NOT GIVEN PROPERLY ONLY BREAD & OMELETTE. * CANT EVEN SERVE WATER BOTTLE. * BOOKING AMOUNT WAS HIGHER ON BOOKING.COM COMPARED TO UPFRONT HOTEL TARIFFS.

After booked with payable at hotel with extra money , hotel refused to give accommodation, because they were asking to diposit money on phone. They also gave room to another, which was booked on our behalf , now you are sending me bills of stay . I can go to court against ur company, I will sue ur company.

Overall experience was pathetic. The rooms are very unhygienic and the lights of my room were also not functioning properly . The bathroom was dirty and the tv was also not working. The room service was below expectations and the lift was out of service for 2 days straight, had to crawl up to 3rd floor through stairs every time I went out .

No breakfast provided I need immideate refund . not suitable for family

Waited for 4 hours to get hot water for bath. Than changed a room than there is also no availability of hot water.
