I’ve known the owner personally for the past five years — a genuinely nice and down-to-earth gentleman who takes great care in ensuring guests have a pleasant experience. The hotel is located conveniently on Road No. 4, Mahipalpur, with easy access to the airport and other key areas. The rooms are spacious, neat, and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The bathrooms are equally large, with provisions for 24x7 hot and cold water, which is a big plus for travelers. I’ve stayed at this property over 10 times in the last few years, and I can confidently say that the experience keeps getting better every time. The staff is courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, which adds a personal touch to the overall hospitality. There is an in-house restaurant that serves both breakfast and meals. While the breakfast menu is limited, the standout point is that each item is freshly prepared only after the order is received, ensuring freshness and taste. The hotel also offers underground parking, which is quite useful given how crowded the area can get. Road No. 4 tends to be busy from around 9:00 AM until as late as 2:00 AM, so plan your commute accordingly. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Delhi — whether for business or personal reasons. It offers great value, comfort, and consistently good service.

The room was clean. The surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. Staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. Location is perfect if anyone wants to visit here in its full pride. Perfect location, where everything is less than 10KM's away.

All was good except these things. The reception number was not shared by FabHotel and I took time to find the location. Towel was not provided.

The location is really bad. The cleanliness was less focused. Very untidy . This property diminishes the overall brand value of FAB Hotels.
