    "My mistake of booking with Fab 1. Room walls with seepage stains 2. Leaking flush 3. No alecarte 4. Requested early breakfast at 7:30 no cook available, had to skip even after paying charges 5. No hot water on a rainy day as its on solar (i guess) no Gyeser 6. Nothing as promised by fab - no toiletries except a soap and a Re 1 pouch of clinic plus 7. Requested hard invoice the receptionist denied saying ask fab hotels 8. Requested fab mailed me 944/- invoice against 11600/- still struggling with fab to issue actual invoice knocking different helpline / mail"

    "The staff is extremely RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNHELPFUL and UNFRIENDLY. We had to change our room twice in a 2 days stay because the water was not coming and the wifi was not working AT ALL. The room that we got finally was very dirty, filthy and was infested with cockroaches, found a dead cockroach near dustbin. Bedsheets, pillow cover and blanket were dirty too. Water went out for 3 times in 2 days and when we tried to talk to the staff they literally talked angrily, unprofessionally and rudely. They didn't address any issue including wifi, water problem and even had to call them 5 times for a bottle of water but they didn't even provided it. I had to go downstairs myself to buy one as they literally said that they don't have it. No AC remote was given, no TV in the room, even there was no curtain on the window. Literally felt like the place is for animals and not for humans (Atleast for those who care about the way they want to be treated). WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER. When I asked about the water they said "humare paas paani nahi hai aur ab raat ho chuki hai so ab kal he milega" while I was calling them since morning for the water. When I went down to talk about wifi they said "wifi khraab hai hum kuch nahi kar sakte aap ko kaam chala padega" that too rudely. Water went out for 3 times in 2 days and when I called them they stopped picking up the calls and when I went to ask them about it they said "humne call nahi uthaya kyuki doosre customers hain yahan, aap ka call nahi utha sakte har baar". The behaviour is inhuman and conditions are filthy."

    "This hotel is the most ridiculous hotel. I booked my stay from Fabhotels website and when I checked in they asked me for extra money and denied the check-in. I was not allowed to check-in unless they got extra money. They stated that their prices are increased today and I have to pay extra. Rooms are ridiculous too. Bad service Bad room Bad washroom It's a total waste of money. Do not go to this Hotel. They only want your money, and they don't care about the service. Bad behaviour from the staff, receptionist."

The mosquitoes and bed bugs made the night hell! The hotel was not clean at all and please don't get me started about the washroom!"
