I have stayed many times in fab hotels .it was assumed that fabhotels select good properties but it was the worst property by fabhotels I have ever seen.it was never expected from fabhotels. Very dirty rooms and bed sheets, tables and chairs looks like never cleaned, stain atks on chairs u cnnot even place your bags on it very dirty, washroom with thick stains everywhere onfloor as well as on the wall,i checked 3 rooms before checkin and ths was the best of three others was leaking bathr or swelling air con..do not book this hotel, from fab it is fabroyle and oyo it is oyo townhouse royce..same place and disaster

Terrible experience, washroom exhaust not working, toilet Flush not working, Ceiling fan making noise, hotel chef was not there, none of the charging socket working

Hotel was third class no proper service for the complimentary items all bed bugs & the hotel should be closed down & taken action
