"The rooms service is pathetic , they do not clean the rooms , the dustbins are not empty, the kitchen is not functional , breakfast is very average , no mineral water in the room. It takes 2 to 3 hours to serve coffee or tea. The view is very good and the rooms are big"

For Food you have nearest Fab kitchen but don't expect variety of foods but the food is ok for what they prepare. "Staff is very rude and not responding properly. Photos are looking good.but rooms are bad. They are charged the breakfast amount even we have cancelled before 24 hours. My suggestion is don't book this hotel in online. Online people only responsible till you are confirming the booking. After that they are not in view. The staff didn't have commen sense. They are not provided hot water properly in time atleast for children. I have stayed 2 days. They will show online lot of facilities but there is no proper facilities. No lift. Nobody will respond in reception in night time. They had put uncleaned bed sheets. They have changed when we are asked. Only tv is there. No kannada channels.They have not recharged even after we asked. Don't became foolish by seeing photos in online."

"Highly not recommended that hotel to other people who want to visit there , hotel is over priced , can find better property in same price , they don't have even have phone in rooms to call reception , even furniture is very old , rooms looks good only in pics , reality it's totally opposite , when I visit I feel like why I come there , totally waste to book that property , i will give ZERO RATING for that !!"
