We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight."

"The rooms service is pathetic , they do not clean the rooms , the dustbins are not empty, the kitchen is not functional , breakfast is very average , no mineral water in the room. It takes 2 to 3 hours to serve coffee or tea. The view is very good and the rooms are big"

"The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."
