"I did not even stay at this property. When I reached at 8am the staff was still sleeping. Hotel looked very shady. Absolutely horrible. I preferred to let my money go instead of staying at such a bad hotel"

"The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."
