I recently stayed at FabHotel Aura Homes for a business trip and had a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to major highways and local attractions. The room was clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, minibar, and comfortable bedding. The bathroom was also clean and had a good supply of toiletries. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. The breakfast spread was decent, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. Overall, I would recommend FabHotel Aura Homes for its comfort, convenience, and value for money. However, I did find the Wi-Fi connection to be a bit slow at times, which could be improved.

The rooms are equipped with modern amenities, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and TV,it’s functional and suitable for both business and leisure travelers. The breakfast provided was decent, with a variety of options to start the day.

Rude staff & purely unacceptable behavior. At the time of check-in, when I entered the hotel, I politely informed the receptionist that I had a booking. He replied that the phone was not with him and went to another room, returned with the phone, briefly looked at it, and said there was no booking. I told him that the booking was under the name , that it was made yesterday, and that I had already paid half the amount as an advance. Without even properly checking or scrolling on his phone, he again denied the booking. I calmly showed him my confirmed booking on my phone, but he still refused to acknowledge it. When I said that I would call FabHotel customer support, he suddenly said, Yes, the booking is there. Despite this, I was asked to make the remaining payment directly via the QR code at the reception instead of through the app. I wanted to avoid any argument, so I made the payment. After completing all ID formalities, we were given the room keys. Later, when I requested a drinking water bottle, I was told it would cost 20. In all my previous stays at FabHotels, drinking water has always been provided as a basic amenity, and sometimes even hot drinking water was provided upon request. While I do not have any issue paying 20, the attitude and manner of communication were rude and unprofessional. Both I and my partner felt uncomfortable due to the behavior. I have stayed at FabHotels multiple times earlier, but this experience was extremely disappointing. The behavior of the reception staff and the owner was pathetic and unacceptable. Charging extra for basic amenities like drinking water, along with such conduct, seriously affects the brand value of FabHotel, which is otherwise known for quality service. I am reporting this incident because such experiences damage customer trust. If such issues continue, I may reconsider booking through FabHotels in the future and instead use platforms like MakeMyTrip or Booking.com. I strongly request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action.

I has a stay for 4 days. My experience was very bad. I had come to pune for my work so i had to stay out untill evening for my work. The person who handles there had call me that he has to intall geyser and was so asking for the permission to open the room with other keys. Even after not giving permission he opened the room and installed the geyser. I didnt find it ethical because all of my things were lying down being a girl it was very disrespectful for me. There are no toiletries provided we have to ask for a towel There are no water bottle provided complimentary. I choosed this hotel in the name of fab but had a very bad experience Pathethic work by fab.

Absolutely no stars. All their good reviews are fake. It's a cheap stinking lodge which people are using for smoking, drinking and other stuffs Not recommended with families. The most pathetic hotel,staff, fab hotel services and Agoda. Very pathetic way to discomfort and cheat the guest...it's a pathetic stay that is booked for 2 days which i wanted to convert in 1 day that is also not been allowed..... The most unprofessional way to cheat the guest. 1. Property name is misleading 2. Unprofessional staff 3. Non contactable customer care of both Agoda and pathetic fab hotels 4. Unclean stinking rooms with full of cigarette smoke 5. Unable to do modification after all these unsatisfactory Conditions. 6. Most unhelpful staff. 7. Agoda tricks while booking i opted for double occupancy on arrival it shows sing occupancy and end up paying double the amount. 8. Light is not working properly 9. A/C sounds like generator

Worst ever service I have gotten. The room was fine, but nothing in the name of amenities. 1) The working staff were very lazy and they didn't even carry the luggage, we had to carry it to the third floor by ourselves up the stairs. That brings me to 2) Lift was not working most of the time. 3) Not even the 1L water was not provided. 4) There was not even facility of water dispenser from where I can fill water. I had to buy water every time I wanted to drink water. 5) The swimming pool shown in the photo was a scam, there is no swimming pool. 6) The owner was also very very rude, in my 6 days of stay I fought atleast 3 times with the owner. The owner does not know how to talk properly, and was very rude. When I complained that even the basic amenities were not provided, I was told "checkout if you don't like it, and forget the money" 7) The extra mattress provided was also so bad, it hurt my back. And they also didn't have a proper blanket or comforter. In conclusion, I will request you to put in some more money and book some other room from MMT or just book an airbnb.

I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. Basic amenities were either missing or poorly managed. There wasn’t even an empty cup available in the room—only a cheap plastic glass was provided for drinking water. The electric kettle was not available initially and was given after repeated requests. The so-called complimentary breakfast was extremely limited in quantity and variety. To top it off, the tea served was barely 50 ml—definitely not what you expect from any decent hospitality service. The room was also unhygienic and uncomfortable. It had a strong cigarette smoke smell, and there were several mosquitoes in the room, making it hard to sleep. I do not recommend this hotel and suggest looking for better alternatives if you value comfort and basic hospitality.

Worst hotel ever !! Won't suggest to anyone . This hotel is linked with fab hotels and take reservations from there .. we've booked a room in advance and also paid the pre deposit money but when we got there with all our luggage they denied to give us our room because they had taken orders from there own last night.. worst management that I have ever seen . And we booked for 3 nights and we were being told that their rooms were not ready and under maintenance soo we adjusted for a night in another hotel .. soo basically they lied to us as they gave the rooms that were prebooked to someone else . If they can't manage bookings then they should not be connected to any hotel chains if they want to take personal bookings. Fab hotels should take a look at this and take needful action.
