Not worth for price very small rooms, don't go with images as shown by the hotels it's a old hotel. Not worth it, and also located in very dense and crowd area in narrow street, toilets are not properly hygienic.

If you want to test your patience, this is the perfect hotel. Dirty rooms, zero maintenance, rude staff, and poor service. Felt more like a lodge than a hotel. Waste of money and time.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were not as shown in the photos and did not meet basic expectations. The bed sheets were unclean, which raised serious concerns about hygiene. Additionally, there was a leakage issue in the bathroom that made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the maintenance and cleanliness standards need significant improvement. I would not recommend this property unless these issues are addressed.

My experience at Saffron Hotel was extremely disappointing. The receptionist’s behaviour was very rude and unprofessional. When we asked for a room for two people, he quoted different charges compared to our previous visit. Even though we agreed to manage, his attitude was completely unacceptable. I would also like to highlight a serious concern: the boy at the reception often appears to be under the influence of alcohol. During our visit as well, he seemed drunk while dealing with guests. This is highly unsafe, irresponsible, and extremely unprofessional for any hotel environment. The overall service quality was also very poor. There was no water bottle in the room, and basic facilities were not provided, yet the charges were unnecessarily high. This level of service is not acceptable. I request the management to take this matter seriously and ensure immediate improvement in staff behaviour, professionalism, and overall service standards.
