best experience, very hygienic room and impressive service

Had an amazing stay here for a week. I would like to make a special thank you note to the FabHotels representative, Mr. Harsh Yadav. He helped me a lot in finalising this property, and also helped me in resolving any concerns that I came across.

No water was provided though it was included

No cleaning,no water bottle, no kittle, lot of dust, untidy, geysar not proper

i haven't checked in checkin was denied at 2 hotels saying 2k extra i have to pay hotels have issue with fab pring policy, already ur agent told me that refund initiated kindly do the needful on priority , u shifted the booking to 2nd hotel they also denied saying no checkin till 12:30 and if checkin then extra money will be needed ur agent was on call, my 3.5 hours got wasted then ur agent picked the call all of u putted my call on hold , if i don't got the full refund plus extra money for the inconveniemce from side surely i will take u guys to the court , i came pune for interview because of u all i reached there 2.5 hours late, every call is recorded on my phone , if possible u guys should give me a call and discuss on this issue on my no. 9926628480 or mail shivanshubarua55@gmail.com

No food was available in the hotel. Only water was available. Bedsheet had stains. Washroom. In the night someone was trying to open the room door from outside.. I had to shout and then it stopped. Hotel security not good

It was pathetic experience overall. No lift available. No complementary water bottle. Wifi was not working. I paid for breakfast while booking but after reaching hotel they simply said we do not have kichen and we do not provide food. After checking out next day on 18th sept 2025, still today on 20th November hotel did not checked out my entry and that why I was unable to receive the invoice.

Water was not available, electricity was cut off for a long time, towels, toiletries were not provided, rooms looked unfinished, lot of construction dust
