The place is really good for this price. Clean hotel. Service is good and staff is helpful. It's a new hotel, I guess just 3-4 years old. So the condition of the hotel is good. It's including breakfast, and they have a buffet which is also good for kids to eat as it's not very spicy. Just tell them to clean the bathroom properly..that seems to be lil concern.

Hotel is clean and rooms are good enough. But service is not so good. Major issue is about toilet lid which is a fault in construction of all rooms, it doesn't stay open, if you are using the toilet seat, lid falls on your back, that's irritating and unhygienic. Other minor things like bath stool was broken, there is a small kettle but no tea coffee sachets, drinking water bottles are available but have to call reception 2-3 times to get it, food is ok-ok not to expect anything tasty, the wooden platform under the tv was broken such that could fall off from the wall anytime, the table was also wall attached so not very strong, no chair, fan makes continuous noise because it rubs against the pop ceiling when switched on, telephone in the room was not working. So summarizing, the hotel is good if you just want a place to crash for a night or two in low price; but not a good choice if you expect comfort and convenience.

Absolutely disgraceful experience. You confirmed the booking at ₹1347 plus taxes, and then shamelessly hiked it to ₹2144. That’s not just misleading—it’s outright cheating. If there’s a level below “worst,” you’ve achieved it. - The linen was filthy beyond belief—looked like it hadn’t been changed in weeks. - No dental kits, no shampoo, no conditioner. Basic hygiene standards? Nonexistent. - Not even a facility for tea or coffee, let alone proper food. What kind of hospitality is this? This place is a textbook example of how to ruin a guest’s stay. Pathetic service, zero accountability, and a complete lack of integrity.

It seems to be a fraud run both by the hotelier along with the help of Fabhotels. Rooms were unhygienic, smelly and the furniture was broken. Unsafe for women and children. Inappropriate and bully behaviour by Fabhotels customer care.

Terrible place. It was just shady it's a love hotel not a hotel for family pls stop referring this as a hotel it was just too shady.. no family will stay there in those kind of rooms. It's a fucking love hotel..

Worst experience. Rooms are not as showin in the images. Reception staff is highly rude. They are having some commission related argument with FABexpress and customer's are the victim here. Regarding rooms and cleanliness, there were bed bugs...washrooms were filthy. We had to ask for the room change because of bed bugs. Not recommended

I had a very disappointing experience at this property. The rooms were extremely unhygienic – the linens were stained and clearly not cleaned properly. The washrooms were dirty, and there were even insects in the room. The environment was very disturbing, with loud music, parties, and constant noise throughout the night, making it impossible to rest. This property mainly seems to operate as a local budget stay, and the rates are much lower if booked directly rather than through platforms like OYO or Fab, which feels misleading. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable stay.

I have a terrible experience of hotel gargi deluxe . They have charged extra 1700 /- rs inspite of informing them to modify my booking and cancel my booking for one day. The hotel staff as well as the executive from fab hotels are adamant on charging the amount . I have requested them many times that I have checked out and modify and cancel my booking for one day . No one is listening and I have been charged the full amount . Rooms are dirty with cockroachs and mosquito there are no cleaning as well . I will not suggest to book this property . Kindly note . If in future they return my amount then i will think to visit again . Very bad experience at my end .
