Hotel is very nice Hotel staff is so good and very respectful Happy journey I hope all visitors come and stay there

I have been to so many hotels but I have not seen a hotel like Welcome Palace where there are different types of rooms which I was shown and the cleaning is also good. It is the best hotel in Surat. If you come to Surat, do not forget to visit Aquar. Everything was good and there. The behavior of the staff is also good. You get what you order for food and tea, coffee and breakfast are also delivered to the room in the morning.piplod Dumas road

Had a truly amazing experience! Every bit of it was totally worth it. The staff was extremely cooperative and helpful throughout. They assured the best quality — and honestly, they delivered even more than expected. Thank you for going above and beyond to make it so special. Totally worth it! Highly recommend!

Nice hotel, large room, room service for breakfast which was nice. Could have been a little cleaner.

The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Centrally located from station, city centre, stadium and shopping arena. Staff was polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend it.

Literally the worst experience ever. I mean I don’t understand how can they call themselves 3-star when they have such bad service, pathetic rooms when the taps are leaking and the rooms were so unhygienic that insects were flying all around. WILL NEVER EVER SUGGEST THIS TO ANYONE!!!

Fabhotel shittiest customer service. This hotel did not take accountability of booking made through Fabhotels website, and asked us to contact Fabhotels directly. We got to know this when we reached the hotel. Fabhotels customer service support number was not accessible. But they picked up the call immediately in case I selected the option for "new reservation". Also, they keep transferring your call. It was a real pain to get through to their customer support. Don't make the mistake of making any hotel booking through Fabhotel, you will end up being helpless. Zero customer service and support. I booked the hotel looking at the overall rating of this hotel. But it seems these reviews are deceiving or maybe fake. Please read the negative reviews before booking.

The hotel pictures were good on the website, however once checked in it was far from good. The property charged the room rent before check in. The AC cooling was just about OK. The handwash was clogged. The toilet handshower was not working - the water just trickled when used. Bad bed linen. Toilet door jammed - would not close. No towels No shampoo / toiletries Staff were informed of problems yet they did not respond. It is quite common to find unmarried couple using this property for a couple of hours. I had made a booking for 2 days, but checked out of the hotel the very next day because of not only the pathetic quality of amenities, but also because this was used for neforious purposes. I asked them for a refund for the unutilisied 1 day and they refused. Fearing that these people have muscle strength - just walked out of the hotel. Strongly urge travelers to avoid this place.

The fabhotels and the owner of the property are running a scam,they show different pics on the site but when you visit the rooms are totally different and then they ask for extra money to upgrade the rooms.Even fabhotels will say to checkout and say that the your refund will be processed but they decline it once you check out and rent that same room to other.The rooms have filthy smell , bedsheets are torn and dirty and they don't change even after you complain to them multiple times.Biggest scamster in the town, don't fall for their trap.

Awful experience, pictures on booking.com are false, lasted 30 minutes before walking out. Filthy, smelly, unsafe, loose taps, wiring, locks, very dirty bedding and towel. Avoid at all costs, you will be very disappointed. Should have realised it was a bad deal when bombarded with emails to pay up front for a discount.
