1 AverageWhen i was reach there they gave first room its was a house of cockroaches they play on bad and very huge numbers then i complained they gave other room in this flush not working in bathroom so i complained again they gave me third room and there no ac worked no shower worked in morning i asked them for tub for bath when i came out of room the temperature of gallery was more cool then room, i stayed because i already paid and it was too late to change the hotel overall it the last option of the surat where i want to stay again if there no space on footpathYati Odwala, 11 Aug

4 Very GoodService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 23 Jan
