It was a great stay. I am totally satisfied with the service. I didn't face any issue from booking to checkout. All staff are cooperative. Thank you fab hotel for your service. I'll definitely stick to your service next time when i will visit Tirupati again.

My booking is including breakfast. But they have not provided breakfast . So FBB PLEASE REFUND THE BREAKFAST AMOUNT

The hotel is centrally located, well maintained, rooms are spacious and furnished. Room service needs to be improved.

Didn't like the construction quality, rooms design, looking too Old house. No catring service. Breakfast was too bad. Cheap quality of breakfast they were buying and servicing in hotel dining area. Overall experience didn't like at all.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Unjust Extra Charges for Check-Out Time Dear Fab Hotels Customer Service, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the extra charges imposed on me during my recent stay. I had a reservation to check in on 16th March 2025 at 11:00 PM and check out on 17th March 2025 at 3:00 PM. This arrangement was confirmed by your customer care team prior to my booking. However, upon arrival, the hotel staff refused to honor this agreement and insisted on additional charges for the extended check-out time. This was both unexpected and inconvenient, as I had relied on the confirmation provided by your team. I request a refund of the extra charges and assurance that such discrepancies will be addressed to prevent future occurrences. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution. Not recommended.and worst experience. Unprofessional and irritating behavior by the hotel staff,not at all satisfied by the behavior.Please donot take this hotel as an option to stay in tirupati.We just felt so uncomfortable.
