FabHotel Prime Raajpath

Tv and ac was not in good condition..... some facilities which describes on website are not provided....

Firstly, feedback on the first booked fabhotel panchsheel - even after booking 4 hours before reaching and calling up the hotel of my reaching time, i had to wait for 1 hour as room was not ready. staff was absolutely pathetic and not at all empathetic even when i had a kid of 4 year. worst experience. plus hotel looked shady as saw young couple with faces covered checking out in a rather unconvincing manner. feedback on hotel raajpath - had to ask to aloft another hotel due to this incident. reception staff were polite. overall hotel and rooms were okayish for one day stay. the only thing that put me off was the owner/manager who was present there. hotel received incomplete information about the room price. that person sitting on the couch spoke to his staff publicly "don't ask to fill the form/register he needs to confirm with the aggregator on the price. if the price is this low then we have to ask the client to go". what's with this attitude. and who is he to decide whether i need to go without consulting with me? i was like.... "you don't ask the client to go. you have to inform there is a price difference and if you are willing to pay the difference then room can be allotted." i informed them up-front that i was already informed about the additional amount that i will need to shell out and was okay with it. he still went ahead to talk to someone from the aggregator. a rude kind of person he was!

The hotel extends very poor service commensurate with the rent. the rooms were not ready even after 12 noon. the bath towel provided was absolutely dirty, and we had to wait till 6 pm to get another set but that was below any standard. the room does not have hot water kettle and provision for tea. the hotel does not provide bed tea even against payment. the breakfast was limited to bread and egg omlet and paratha and curd and nothing else. please avoid this if any other hotel is available.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

The room was clean. the surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. location is perfect if anyone wants to visit jaipur in its full pride. perfect location, where everything is less than 10km's away.

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. it was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. the bed was excellent quality, i slept well the whole trip. also as a solo female traveler, i felt very safe and comfortable.
