This is a homestay. the location in google maps is incorrect and we got lost while trying to find the hotel. the check in process was standard. the rooms are decently sized. bathrooms are decently sized with no window for air at all. the toilet seat was broken. the room on first floor was unclean, bathroom was dirty, furniture stained and dirty. the room on 2nd floor was cleaner and the bathroom was clean. the location is good with easy availability of local transport nearby. the management is polite and will carry your luggage upstairs and will provide water. if you want your room cleaned you will have to follow up multiple times and they will still not clean rooms properly. the owner is helpful about answering questions about local sites to visit and will say he will call a local transport but will become unresponsive later when you actually need the transport. food is not made at the hotel and is taken care by a neaby cloud kitchen. the food is decent. overall unsatisfactory experience. any other request you have is simply ignored by the mangaement.

Overall ok but need a lot of improvement. dear owner take this review as suggestion and improve it for your future guests. i wish your business will grow much more. so that i am highlighting few minor issues that should be improved. 1st toilet need atleast one exhaust fan and one merror. (my stay was at 3rd floor) 2nd your hotel tap running water is very smelly. (water treatment solution required) 3rd ground floor room commode is verymuch down. not suitable for senior citizens. 4th your property don't have lift so atleast 3rd floor price should be less. 5th ac was make noise 3rd floor 6th no epabx (intercom) at least intercom facility is important if you are taking 2000 or above for a room. early chekinn 500/- per room late check-out 2000/- 7th gyser hot water supply is very slow. staff and owner behaviour was very good. familer invironmet. you can buy food from nearby restaurants. menu available at room. at 500m annapurna restaurant is very good. 2km from varanasi railway station 2km from temple gate no 4

Room was super comfy.food is really good.

Staff was very polite, helpful. service is also nice. only few basic things were missing which were fulfilled on request.

I have been regular to this property and excellent property. very well trained and friendly staff. sparkling clean hotel. excellent food and room service is quick. room size is big with big toilet and shower area.

Excellent experience, very helpful staff and ready to help and make the stay very good.
