The management of the hotel was quite rude... we had already made the payment. direct to fab hotel they were quarreling and being rude over the issue of why we paid the fb and not them. due to this issue they did not allow us to check in for 1 hour. he also misbehaved with the woman and later allowed us to check in us calling customer care. i have never seen such disrespect from a hotel management you guys should pay attention to fixing this thing so that the rudeness and arbitrariness of the hotel management stops.

I booked this hotel for my old age parents as the hotel staff not provide the water bottle and toilet soap even they tripped the mcb of air condition while my parents was taking a rest in afternoon. i am not satisfied the service provided by the hotel. kindly look into the matter and refund the amount.

I was not served breakfast today. they said breakfast is not available before 9 am. are tou kidding????i want redund on my breakfast for a day now. rooms similar to slums... bathrooms stinking...walls have spitting marks...arrogant staffs and a lot to share...i have photos as well.
