    "Our booking includes breakfast . But we have not get breakfast . We remind them 2 or 3 time but they dont care it. Bed bugs in room. No kitchen in hotel. I think fab hotel has some standards and so I booked this hotel. I stayed in fab hotels in Bengaluru , it is good. This hotel is shame for fab group. You have included Breakfast cost in our booking , but they didnt provide the same and not refund the amount. The amenities shown in booking is not real and is fake. We stayed 3 night , they has not cleaned the room and not changed bed sheets. TERRIBLE."
