1 AverageIt was very worst experience in this hotel. actually it's not a hotel . it can be called it as dharmashala. as if they believe that we came for free. it's the worst maintenance, no cleaning for 5 days. no bed cover change. no towels available, no tea available before 8am or after 4pm. when they server u need to eat. per room 1 towel for your entire stay. only one water bottle, 2 aloo paratha per day . we booked this unfortunately for 5 days prepaid. we got an opportunity to have breakfast only 2 days. we had 11 paratha and we paid for 1 parota even after taking breakfast as complimentary. no water no phone no cleaning. we stayed here for 5days and i sweeped room twice. they have never turned up once. one one lady she disappear as and when she wants. another old aged uncle who is very roude and thinks that we came here for free. please do not book even if u get it at the least price. u will sureky suffer and regret for everVijay Nsa, 26 Dec

1 AverageFirst the person that checks you in has a very bad attitude and is very rude. the room was disgusting! very dirty. you could see foot prints and trash on the floor where other people walked! it looked as though it had not been swept in a very long time! i didn’t like anything, the room was quite small and different from picture shown. this place was so filthy & disgusting. bugs everywhere, horrible customer service, worst experience ever. do not ever waste your money. owner is more interested in commission from local transport.Navonil Sarkar, 3 Dec

3 GoodThe room and bed linens were reasonably clean. bathroom was clean too. the room was on third floor and there was no lift. the room is very small and there is absolutely nothing to keep luggage. they provide morning tea in room. wifi speed was good. hot water was available.Purabi Dutta Chowdhury, 30 Mar
