I had a wonderful stay at FabHotel RR Grand, Vijayawada, and my overall experience was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located, making it an ideal choice for both business travelers and families. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff welcomed us warmly with a professional and friendly attitude. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and all the essential amenities were available. The housekeeping team ensured that the rooms remained neat throughout our stay, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. One of the best aspects of this hotel is the courteous and helpful staff. They were always available to assist with any request and ensured that our stay was pleasant. Their hospitality truly deserves appreciation. The hotel also offers a peaceful atmosphere despite being close to the city's main roads, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The food served was fresh, tasty, and prepared with good hygiene. The breakfast had a decent variety and was satisfying. Overall, FabHotel RR Grand exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, service, and value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vijayawada, whether for business or leisure. It provides a comfortable stay at a reasonable price, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended.

Worst hotel I have ever seen. Not worth for the price we pay. No hot water and we have to call multiple times, but they will not respond. We booked deluxe room, but they had given us some other room. Again they asked us to shift to other room. And they did not even give time to pack our things. They keep ringing bell. And AC outlet pipe water will sprinkle on us if we go to washrooms. Very very bad service

The room was booked and paid for in advance, and the reporting/check-in time was 12 PM. We reached the hotel at around 2 PM, but despite having a confirmed and fully paid booking, the room we had specifically booked was not allocated to us. Instead, we were given a temporary room and asked to wait. We had already travelled and reached the hotel expecting the room to be ready, but we were made to wait for nearly 3 hours. Finally, at around 5 PM, we were given the actual room we had booked. This was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable, especially considering that the room had been booked and paid for in advance. To make matters worse, even after receiving the correct room, the basic and essential amenities were missing. There was no soap, no towels, no bedsheets, and no bedspread. These are basic necessities that should have been provided before the room was handed over to us. Another major issue was the complimentary breakfast. I specifically booked a room/package that included complimentary breakfast. However, when we had breakfast, we were charged separately for it. This was not what was promised at the time of booking, and it is extremely disappointing to be charged extra for something that was clearly included in the booking. Overall, the entire experience was poorly managed and extremely frustrating. We had to wait for hours for a room that was already booked and paid for, the room was not properly prepared, basic amenities were missing, and we were additionally charged for breakfast that was supposed to be complimentary. This is far below the standard of service we expected and not an experience anyone should have after making a confirmed booking.

Worse customer service and they charge hefty

Very disappointing experience. The AC was not working, and there were no proper lights in the hall. The place felt dark and uncomfortable. Cleanliness and maintenance were poor. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay and would not recommend this hotel.
