Worst hotel, bathroom pipes are leaking, no cleanliness, no intercom in rooms, even basic courtesy like giving a water bottle per room is absent.stayed here for a night on19 september 24 with family and immediately regretted, cockroach infested rooms and corridors, pathetic,

Guys pls don't stay in this worst hotel, instead of this you can choose a platform stay. worst hotel i have ever stayed in in my lifetime. it's frustrating when basic amenities like hot water are not available and cleanliness issues and there was a very very bad smell in the entire room, additionally, the washrooms and bathrooms were not clean and neat. the blankets and pillows in my room were extremely dirty and there was a bad smell. additionally, the central air conditioning was not working, and the split ac units in the room were ineffective. the sofas in the room were torn and appeared worn out. i requested a room freshener from the management, but it did not resolve the issue of the bad smell. the complimentary breakfast provided was extremely limited, consisting of only two items, and there was a 30 minute wait time for the service. additionally, the food quality was very poor and bad taste. instead of this worst restaurant we can choose street foods. overall, my stay was extremely uncomfortable. i strongly recommend you guy's avoiding this hotel.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting here
