1. food taste was bad, there were cockroaches in the dining area. 2. the bed was too noisy and the ac was not working at all! the room was not cleaned for one of the day we stayed although we requested. 3. poor service, amenities were not provided! we had to request for them.

Bathroom doesn't get hot water after 7:30 sometimes water does not get water, bad amenities not so good, breakfast not good quality, got egg shells in omlette ome day and other day stones in idli.

Very bad experience ....poor maintenance..normal drinking water also nor provided at floor ...not refill the cans even 12 hours...only one bottle provided in-room .. what a pitty ..bath room also not comfortable.,very bad service....

The most ever worst hotel i stayed, nowadays sulabh complexes being maintained well. failure to manage a hotel.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. in my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.
