I stayed two for this hotel . It was great experience.peaceful environment and near beache,railway station,busstation . I strongly recommend this hotel.

Worst hotel experience. The condition of the hotel was pathetic, with poor maintenance and cleanliness. The behavior of the service staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the stay even more unpleasant. Despite having a confirmed online booking, the hotel initially refused to acknowledge it and stated that the reservation was not confirmed. Only after repeated discussions did they finally accept the booking. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and stress. Overall, the service, hospitality, and management were highly disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and expect the management to take immediate steps to improve both customer service and hotel standards.
