I loved this hotel, staff was so patient and respectful, they really took care of us

the bed was comfortable. room was clean and well organised. the bathroom was clean.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a terrible stay aqqqt this hotel. Since yesterday, there has been no proper water supply in the toilet. It took nearly 30 minutes just to fill one bucket, as the water pressure was extremely low. The bathroom was in a very unhygienic condition, with dirty fittings and poor maintenance. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here. Honestly, even budget options like OYO Rooms offer a far better experience than this hotel.

Very old. Bedsheet and grey colour look like very dirty. And room floor was very oily. Bo bath shop and shampoo available.. pillow cover is also very dirty.Ac was working on 16c and when ask for remote for ac control staff turn off the ac.Bike Parking is good and hot water is working commode does not have water for flush . Room are spaces

Absolutely Disappointing Stay Would Never Recommend! I recently had one of the worst hotel experiences at The FabHotel Twigo Inn. Right from the moment I checked in, things started going downhill. 1. Room #1 Cockroach Haven: We were initially given a room that was not only poorly lit but also infested with huge cockroaches. The walls were damp and in terrible condition. When we brought this up with the staff, we were told the blame lies with the rainy weatheras if that justifies such unhygienic conditions in a hotel that claims to offer decent accommodation. 2. Room #2 Leaking Ceiling & AC: After several complaints, we were finally shifted to another room. Unfortunately, this one was no better. The bathroom ceiling was leaking, the AC was dripping, and to top it off, when I woke up the next morning, the entire floor was wet. It was incredibly unsafe and downright miserable to stay in such conditions. 3. Room #3 Dirty Bathroom & No WiFi: The second day, after more complaints, we were moved once againthis time to our third room. The condition here was also far from acceptable. The bathroom was dirty, and the WiFi barely worked. At this point, I had completely lost hope in the hotels ability to provide even basic comfort and hygiene. Photos vs. Reality: The rooms looked nothing like whats shown in the pictures online. This hotel seriously needs to verify and update the photos they advertise because they are completely misleading. To make things worse, when we asked for a cancellation and refund due to the appalling conditions, the management outright refused. They had already charged us in full before we even saw the room, which left us with no choice but to stay. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Avoid The FabHotel TwigoInn unless you want to waste your money and ruin your trip.

One of the worst experience we had, just reached at hotel in morning and what we get to know is that FAB hotels is just booking partner of this hotel and they want more money than our booked amount. So receptionist guy didn’t even let us checked in as he needs 200 bucks more than our booking amount and then extra 500 bucks for early checking and then after that he was not even talking directly, was kept on saying that talk to customer care and resolve it. FAB hotels customer care is also a joke, we tried calling them 28 times but was not able to connect to the team which handles confirmed booking only new reservation we could have reached and every time they disconnect the call. Being left on our own in an unknown city during peak season just for few hundred extra bucks is really a dishonest way of operating. I would recommend to never book with this hotel.

Terrible experience. They charged us 3300 per day. But the rooms were sub-par, toiletries we had to ask for then only they will provide. As complementary breakfast they had only one item. They didn't even have omelette for breakfast. Bathrooms were stained. Hot water in a hill station like ooty only comes for certain hours. Room heating charges are extra. So all in all. We feel we have paid way way more than the service we received. Absolutely not at all recommended.

At the hotel they told me they don't have my booking. Moreover, I realised only after reaching the hotel that it was THAT kind of hotel - typical OYO. A guy came in with his girlfriend and was haggling about the night's charge. The. i saw in other rooms there were middle aged men coming in with escorts. At 11 pm in the night, with my 60-yr old parents, I didn't have any other option than to check-in. We had a late evening flight. But the situation was really uncomfortable! All the bed sheets, pillow covers, blanket covers had blood stains and human hair of various lengths. When I asked for a fresh bedsheet, that also had stains.
