I recently stayed at FabHotel Shree Ram Adhar, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Clean & Comfortable Rooms: The rooms are modern, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Prime Location: One of the biggest highlights is the location. Hotel was good and clean, staff was active and services are quick and fast. overall good experiance.

Provided Room access is too Claustrophobic, floor has no lift facility and rooms with better access keeps for higher prices, no drinking water, tv remote has bad battery

AC is not working, TV is not working, hot water was not available, bedsheet was dirty

it was unexpected, first of all the room was not given according to the booking I book for the premium rooms, next he told that they will shift the room but no response I was waiting for a lond time they came at 5 clock in the evening for the shift , again they shifted the room but no key was provided when I ask for the key but no response I waited a lot and at the end I checked out

My hotel booking was changed from sector 92 to 102 without explanations. The hotel rooms were not like the one advertised in the site while booking online. The kitchen were closed for breakfast even though money was taken for the bed and breakfast. The hotel was still under construction and steps covered in layers of dust. Overall a terrible experience never to be repeated by booking any fabhotels room online. Would like refund of money paid for breakfast:-(

Disgusting hotel. No water bottle provided. Rooms and washroom were not cleaned on daily basis. Washroom window was completely broken. Too much mosquito in room and washroom. AC was not working
