Decent place in the middle of the city at reasonable price just for a night stay while crossing Andhra Pradesh for a Kolkata to Bangalore road trip. Rooms and bathroom are clean but not that great. No toiletries apart from a small medimix soap and towel. Homemade breakfast is there i.e. idli and dosa with chutney. It's in the center of the city, hence next to Trendset Mall and KFC. Many restaurants and shops are nearby and also close to the highway.

Booked a family room over phone but on reaching the hotel I was told booked room was a deluxe. Had to adjust with what we were allotted. A little disappointed with this. Room was just okay No restaurant in the hotel. Bath room was clean but door was slightly broken Location of the hotel is excellent. You can find restaurants, public transport, malls etc at a walkable distance.

The hotel was good. We were actually cheated by service provider platform- Fab Hotels. They charged us extra for breakfast. When we reached the hotel tyee receptionist informed us that they do not have any option of breakfast. However they have a lady making dosa and idly. We can have them at extra charge if we want. When we said that we had paid for breakfast, they said they didn't receive that money- fab hotels has taken it and I should contact their customer support. I tried calling the customer support but they never picked up the call. After trying for 30-40 mins I gave up.

Location is very good. Good restaurant and tiffin nearby. But hardly any staff seen around. The hotel was clean but very basic. Rooms could be better maintained. There was a honey bee in our room. Leaking tap. No dental kit provided. Hotel staff could be more available.

Very average hotel with little facility. Rooms are very small. Not enough for 2 adult and a kid. At the price of 2500 per night it's little expensive. Location was good breakfast was limited to 2 idli and 2 plain dosa. Taste was below average.

Bad experience with fab hotel at Benz circle. Though Fab Hotels tries to keep the customer service high standard but it doesn’t ensure the same with each hotel under their wings. This hotel at Benz circle Vijaywada has a very unprofessional approach towards its customers. The room was specious but lots of cockroaches found in the room, Bathroom ceiling were damp and fungus coated, bed sheets were old and torn, mosquitos, breakfast was very limited considering the charges they took (only plain dosa and idly). One can have a nice healthy breakfast at 1/10 th cost outside next to the hotel. Management is only concerned about money not customer satisfaction. I had bad experience with my family and couldn’t do enough as I checked in late in the night post my long travel. Rooms are not sound proof and lots of noise were coming out of other rooms and we could not sleep properly after our retiring journey. Would appreciate if little care and compassion can be inculcated by the hotel for the customers.

I had a very bad experience. I booked a room with one king-size bed and a separate single bed for my parents and my nani. However, when they reached, they provided only a mattress on the floor instead of the extra single bed. Because of this, my 70-year-old father, who already has back pain, had to sleep on the floor. When we showed them the pictures from my Agoda booking, they blamed Agoda for not having the correct information. I even requested the hotel to shift us to a different room, but they avoided the issue by saying no rooms were available. I called FabHotel customer care and waited for almost 17 minutes, but nothing was resolved and I eventually had to disconnect the call. Even Agoda has not responded properly. Both just escaped. Also there was no proper breakfast, they just served dosa but they said there are variety of options. Seriously a pathetic experience we has gone through. Additionally, this property is not great — it’s just like another regular apartment. The phone in the room was not working, and the TV service wasn’t even recharged. When complaint they said they did reached and it will get recharged next morning. I would not recommend this place.

Avoid at All Costs I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a terrible experience. 1. No Proper Parking Space – If you’re traveling by car, be prepared for a hassle. There’s no proper parking, and you might have to struggle to find a spot. 2. Tiny Rooms – The rooms are unbelievably small, making it uncomfortable even for a single person, let alone a family. 3. Horrible Bathroom Conditions – The taps were broken, there was Broken shower, and worst of all, no hot water. The bathroom itself was stinking, making it extremely unpleasant. 4. Poor Customer Service – The staff lacks professionalism and is not helpful at all. Any issue you bring up is either ignored or met with a rude response. 5. Unpleasant Environment for Families – They have a bar on the third floor, and guests from the bar use the same lift as hotel guests. This creates an uncomfortable atmosphere, especially for families. 6. Fake Reviews – Most of the positive reviews seem fake. Don’t be misled by high ratings—this place is nowhere close to what they claim. Be aware! If you’re traveling with family avoid this hotel at all costs. You’ll definitely thank me later!

The experience I'm this hotel is soooo bad. The lady at the front desk is too rude. No welcoming. No warmth. No hospitality. We booked through fabhotels and double occupancy at 2000/- she immediately disrespected us and called the fabhotels authorities and yelled at them for giving at a lower price. Such an underwhelming stay at this place. The rooms are so badly maintained, 2000/- is too much for this. The walls are dirty, bedsheets have dust marks, toilet seat was broken. Towels don't seem fresh and washed. There is no kettle. The landline doesn't work. Service is just bad. On calling, they said the hotel would be km the main road but it's a little inside.
