Staff is good , polite,nice service

staff most courteous, excellent food, excellent clean, very relaxing rooms and wonderful ambiance ,I have travelled manyplaces but nothing like this

They dont provide handwash,soap aur any other item,towel was unwashed and damaged,and charge for water botel 33 per bottel,water bottle should be complimentey and even mentioned booking.

Room full of cockroaches and breakfast was terrible don't book.

Very bad experience as literally we were waiting for 1.5 hrs for tea to come in the room. TV was not working they commited to to change the room later they didn't changed. AC was not throwing cool air. They charged Rs.500 for 2 hrs late check out without providing a GST charge. When I complaint the things the Lady manager said u should tell this things personally and not on the reception. It was really shameful. Worst experience

Room size, non hygienic, bed sheet was not clean. Overall will not at all recommend to stay in this hotel

Worst hotel to stay. No electricity. Power goes off for 2 hours. Cockroaches all around. Everything is broken. No toiletries. Poor staff, asking for extra massage services. Please never take this hotel. Its my genuine suggestion. I think its worst hotel in india not just in delhi

Horrible place to stay. Stinky rooms. Very horrible maintanance of bathrooms and stinky towels. Shame to post as three star hotel. Veey bad surroundings and not at all place for families

Worst hotel ever I seen in India , this is located in slum , every auto driver and cab driver will say that this is dangerous area, moreover front desk executive are very very rude, family people don't book this hotel, even in low price we will get best hotels.pls don't book you will feel post booking
