The hotel exceeded our expectations in every single way! The staff were amazing! The room was amazing!

Breakfasts are great. Beds are very confortable. The staff is very nice. All is very clean. People in reception are very professional.

Staff is great, very accommodating. Beds are comfortable, and overall rooms and property is super clean.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

I was better than expected and worth the price. It's close to city centre which is good and saved us a lot of time. The front road was in construction which caused dust and sound pollution but that on the Ranchi municipality.

Service, modern room, clean, nice stuff

The location of this hotel is fab and so are the staff. However, faced quite a lot of disturbance due to fellow visitors who were quite loud and rowdy. Though there was hardly anything the staff could do to identify rowdy customers, but promptly handling them would have been really helpful. The room service was a bit delayed and also the cutlery provided was quite shabby and mostly had turned yellow. That was a turn-off. Overall, the hotel is budget friendly and can be chosen if location and budget are your priorities.

Images shown on FabHotels app and what rooms the Hotel has is completely different. FabHotel needs to validate what they are displaying on their app. Hotel was good but now what O had booked as Room images & facilities were totally different. There was no Balcony

Please let me the status of refund for my complain id 22474060210 I booked room in hotel suggested by fab hotel paid online Rs 1030 before check in. Did check in hotel crown plaza (hinoo Ranchi ) paid Rs 2402 at the time of check in.booking was from17-4-25 and check out date was 19-4-25 .But when they provided the room went to toilet no water.changed room twice same issue.they released water for few hours.when used washroom at night got surprised again with no water asked for mosquito refil got refil but almost no liquid in it don't know what to do.i cancelled my stay of 18-4-25 and they deducted the 1 day charge and did Refund of rs 1200. When asked them what about refund of the amount paid online 1030 they suggested for this plz contact fab when asked bill they said you will get it online on wats app still not received . Pathetic experience of hotel suggested by booking.com and fab I trusted booking.com and made this booking plz revert and let me know what to do else from onwards I ll stop bookings from your website. plz do the needful

The name of the hotel deceives the guest. Nothing International about The place or facilities provided at the hotel except the room tariff . There are lots of mosquitoes and small cockroaches in the rooms . The window AC,s trips during the night and the guests are at the mercy of one or two house keeping staff . Power failure is a normal phenomenon in Ranchi ,and backup starts late . No responsible person is there during night. The in-house kitchen is closed at night and not even tea or snacks will be served if you check in late at night , till 8:00 am . Not a price worthy place to stay in Ranchi. The only plus point is its location near the Airport.
