1 Average_1/5 - worst hotel experience of my life!_ avoid this hotel like the plague! - terrible service: staff was unfriendly, uncooperative, and seemed bothered by our presence. - thief employee: caught one of the employees stealing from our room! unbelievable! - local club ties: hotel prioritizes club interests over guest satisfaction. loud noise, disruptions, and zero regard for guests' comfort. - poor quality: rooms were dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. bedding, towels, and amenities were substandard. - money grabbing: hotel staff seemed more interested in swindling us than providing a decent stay. overcharged for everything! - zero security: no proper security measures in place. anyone can access the hotel and rooms without restriction. - unhygienic: restaurant and kitchen areas were filthy. food quality was questionable. - no customer care: complaints fell on deaf ears. management didn't seem to care about our terrible experience. stay away from this hotel unless you want to risk being robbed, swindled, or disappointedAmit Varma, 22 Jan

1 AverageExtremely disappointed with my stay at fab hotel white klove. the rooms were not clean or well-maintained, and i even found cockroaches on the bed, which was highly unhygienic. the bathroom doors didn’t lock, and the water pressure in the taps was very slow, making basic tasks inconvenient. overall, it was a bad experience, and i wouldn’t recommend this hotel. definitely not up to the mark for the price charged.Sandeep Rathod, 20 Jan

1 AverageHad a terrible experience at this hotel. the room was in the worst possible condition – it was dirty, poorly maintained, and not at all what was promised. the bed was unclean, making it impossible to even consider staying the night. to make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, showing no concern for resolving the issues i raised. i was so dissatisfied that i left the hotel immediately and requested a refund. however, despite multiple follow-ups, i still haven’t received my refund. this was a complete waste of time and money, and i strongly advise against staying here. avoid this place at all costs!Rashid Hussain, 24 Nov
