FabHotel B Zone
I am a Senior citizen, having stayed in many hotels, and when I stayed in B Zone, a couple of years back, I realised that this hotel was miles superior to its contemporaries. It leaves its rivals in the Hospitality sector far far behind in the classy amenities that it offers. Superb cleanliness..... Place is exceptionally spic and span. Superb furnishing. A pleasing and aesthetic finish to the interiors. Polite and helpful staff. A sumptuous complimentary breakfast that keeps you going till late afternoon. An owner who calls to enquire if you are comfortable. Located in an idyllic, quiet, but sophisticated area . Located in a place where any important office / bank / resturant can be reached in a matter of minutes. And ALL this at a very modest Tariff of Rs 3000 /-. And my each stay seems to be better than the previous one. This is my kind of place, and will ever, ever be my place to go to in Chennai. I wish the marvelous owners all the very best. FabHotel Lloyds Inn I
Rooms are clean but there is smoking smell from neighbouring rooms. Located centrally in Royapettah
FabHotel B Zone
Night support could be better and more courteous, breakfast option was available on booking.com but was canceled when someone from fab called and asked for advance payment thereby canceling that reservation and provided a direct booking with no mention of cancellation of breakfast or the booking.com reservation cancellation
FabHotel Lloyds Inn I
Construction happening inside the hotel so lots of noise. Room was okay, bed was comfortable but service could have been better.

⭐ Worst Hotel Experience – FabExpress B Zone ⭐ This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. My stay on 21.01.2026 was extremely disappointing. Worst maintenance – the room and premises were poorly maintained. Not clean at all – hygiene standards are unacceptable. Worst staff behavior – rude, unprofessional, and least bothered about guests. Breakfast issue – breakfast was served from outside food, not freshly prepared. The most shocking part: When I asked for idlis, they served two and took one back after serving. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable and insulting to guests. Overall, this hotel lacks basic hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism. ❌ Do not come here. Do not stay here. I strongly suggest choosing any other hotel instead of FabExpress B Zone. Highly dissatisfied and not recommended at all.
FabHotel B Zone
Very poor service no working TV no hot water cattle. No toiletries Room was full of dirt...very old and tore bedsheet. Ac was also not working. Never expected this type of room service from Fab hotel platform. They have shown balcony on website but not provided. Fab hotel Authority should take action against this property owner. I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with my recent booking at your hotel. Upon arrival, I was shocked by the condition of the room, provided to me. The room was dirty, unhygienic and nowhere near the standard advertised or expressed by the hotel. This was completely unacceptable. Because of these conditions, I had no choice but to check out immediately. I did not stay the night, as it was impossible to do so in such an environment. I paid for a service that was not delivered, and this experience has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
FabHotel P.A.S Residency
My stay at the Fab Hotel yesterday was extremely disappointing. The rooms were in a very bad condition—dirty, poorly maintained, and far below the basic standards I expected. This is honestly the worst room I have stayed in so far. The cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep were unacceptable for a hotel claiming to offer quality service. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the condition of the rooms immediately.. very horrifying rooms ever been .odd smells, liquid marks on bed .non responsive customer care dumps.
FabHotel Lloyds Inn I
Worst rooms...damp and with moulds. Low ceiling, felt claustrophobic. The time we went some renovation was going on and we had to go to another property as they requested. Customer service is zero.
