2 AverageMy experience was worst in fab hotel narula(dehradun) because they didn't give check-in on time. but want customers to check out on time. i booked 2 rooms and reached there at 12 pm. but they said rooms will be ready in 5 min but it was totally wrong. they provide 1 room at 1 pm and 2 at 2 pm. so please don't book this hotel.Karthick, 16 Aug

3 GoodExcellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.Sh Jai Bhagwan, 31 Aug

4.3 Very GoodVery well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.Hem Raj, 6 Aug

5 FabulousRooms were a good size and nicely furnished. it was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. the bed was excellent quality, i slept well the whole trip. also as a solo female traveler, i felt very safe and comfortable.Neeraj Khanna, 15 Oct
