    "Room was So dirty and walls are not clean, Booked AV room but hotel refused to switch ON AC. Didn't get support from Fab hotels customer care. Shower was not working, Geyser was not working. No intercom, No response from reception. Pathetic stay, will never book hotel through Fab Hotels. Very Very Bad experience Also didn't get my refund as customer care person Mr. Lokesh told me that Fab hotels will refund your money. But still awaiting Nobody answering"

    "I am really disappointed from the stay and we shifted after staying for a night and they haven't refunded as well our 1 day refund back which amenities we didn't utilise.... kindly pls give my refund for this hotel as it was a terrible experience and we had to change as there was no water supply and our whole schedule was a message because of that. Also the staff wasn't as responsive and for simple and basic amenities we had to call 3 - 5 times and there were no curtains in room as well as no floor mat outside the washroom..also lack of privacy and bathroom situation was bad and door knobs were also damaged and the cleanliness wasn't present, bed sheets and blankets were dirty as well and towel was torn"

No basic amenities in room, specially telephone, bathroom taps were leaking and what not. This is the least rating I can give. Overall a very bad experience"
