3 GoodOverall a decent place if somebody is only looking for a place to stay . few amenities listed were unavailable. app shows parking available but we had to park our car on the road outside the hotel. wifi was not available. even though the breakfast was supposed to be complimentary only 2 options were available for breakfast. we were informed that daily housekeeping service was available only on demand, our rooms were not cleaned throughout our stay. toilet paper was not provided. these are a few things that were listed on the app but not provided at the hotel. staff were very friendly and helpful.Sandeep Lloyd Lobo, 29 Sep

5 FabulousIt was really nice experience i had in this hotel . specially staff of this hotel ia very reliable, pleasant, polite , giving respect to customer, lovely tasty food. nice ambience. specially delight manager pankaj, sandeep, lobo sir, dudhalkar sir , receptionist madam i really had feel like my home there..you all are really very nice persons . really wonderful trip and stay in this hotel. i will 100 % recommend this hotel to my friends and my family . i would like to visit once again.Vikram Nalawade, 21 Apr

4 Very GoodThe hotel looks a little different from the pictures. the pictures look pretty fancy! the location of fabexpress vagator cottage is a little secluded from the main vagator/anjuna road, hance, it becomes quite spooky in the night. apart from that, the location is good. it is just 15 mins walking distance away from vagator beach and right below the chapora fort. complimentary breakfast isn't that good. the staff there is great! they are all very helpful and kind.Apoorva Mathur, 1 Oct

4 Very GoodOur 5 day experience at fabexpress was fantastic. though the new staff did forget a thing or two, the courteous staff, especially pankaj made sure we were comfortable at all times. the cook maasi, made delicious veg and non-veg and after day two we decided to have our dinner at the hotel itself instead of trying new cafes and restaurants. it was a good experience overall. will definitely visit again. p s.- the hotel has a great location.Shuchita Jha, 18 Mar

1 AveragePathetic experience due to power issues,service is very slow,the owner is very rude and least bothered about the guests,there was no hot water and the ac was not working correctly and bad untidy linens and water bottles were not given daily ... never ever experienced such a bad stay in my entire life.fab hotels really need to look into this place and take necessary actions for this substandard room maintenance and facilitiesArvind Shivakumar, 31 Dec
