The ac was not working. asked staff and he came after many phone calls.i had to personally go to reception and ask him to come. he lowered the temperature but looked like ac was broken. gave up as it was already 12:00. the most hilarious thing was that they told that there would be a buffet in breakfast but it was only bread pakora with tea in a basement room, where not even a single fan was there.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the comfort of the room was top-notch, making me feel right at home. the breakfast facilities exceeded my expectations, offering a wide variety of delicious options. the staff was incredibly hospitable and attentive to all my needs.

I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. in my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.

They charged 32 rupees for 1 liter packaged bottle more over their wi fi was not working. most importantly their was a hole on the main door of the hotel
