Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

While shifting room their service boy stole our shoes. When we not found the same in our room we asked the manager of this hotel to see the CCTV camera but they denied and started to giving various excuse on different time. They are all engaged in this business. Never kept any valuable things in the room of this hotel in your absence."
