Fantastic stay and hospitality. I recommend this hotel for solo family couple or any kind of stay very safe place and peaceful ambience. They will arrange transportation for sightseeing prime spot ramoji film city with well maintained vehicle and polite driver also they have access of entry tickets to ramoji film city they are available 24/7 for help at front desk.

The washrooms were very stinky and smelly. The booking had free breakfast but no breakfast was provided.

Entrance of the hotel days metro inn oyo. And we were searching for fab hotel brand name. Called the customer service no given in WA and they gave hotel no which no one picked up. No and no ventilation. All taps always hit water was coming. No towels soap and water bottle in the room for everything we had to ask. There was some issue with motor and. No water in the bathroom. All that we expect is atleast to. Give a bucket of water in the rooms which was not given inspite of multiple reminders. Overall a very bad stay experience

Initially I had booked for another fabhotels property but later I was informed of a change in property. The location was centrally located and great. On reaching the hotel nobody was bothered to process the check in formalities. The rooms were shabby. Washrooms not cleaned. Cockroaches emerging in between. Very disappointing, never book fabhotels.

I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel in Hyderabad. From the moment we checked in, the service and overall condition of the property were far below expectations. We booked through fab and paid extra for early checkin. When we reached the hotel they refused to give us room and staff told there is only premium room and we need to take it. The room was not clean when we arrived. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, and basic amenities were either missing or not working properly. It felt like customer service was not a priority for them. The facilities advertised online did not match reality. Several things either weren’t available or were in poor condition. For the price we paid, the experience was absolutely not worth it. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. I would not recommend this place to anyone visiting Hyderabad, and I definitely won’t be staying here again

The rooms are so dirty. It’s not as shown in photos they share while we are booking. And early morning there will be no hot water to take a shower. I really don recommend this hotel for anybody. Very bad room. Not at all hygiene. Worst bathrooms.

Booked as per Hotels shared by Google maps. Google showed Fabhotel... Please don't be fooled by the digitally enhanced photos. Room not cleaned in last 2 days. Kitchen not available, as booked for breakfast. Tea cost 30 Rs. Worse thing is Fab hotel helpline is not picking phone.

Photo posted online is century old reality is different. Not clean, full of cockroaches, staff service feels good when your expectations goes down. Fab group hotels means a trap. They cancelled my booking from high priced hotel and shifted to this hotel on the day of stay.

Really I feel very bad experience. When I go to check in I found the rooms are very dirty even there is dust on the table no cleaness, coachroch in the bathroom room and some bad smell coming. I cancelled my booking and find some other hotel So, my advice is to don't book from Fab hotel app. They're showing fake room picture in their website. I claimed for refund but still I didn't receive money. And one more my advice to Fab hotel management please go and check properly hotel rooms conditions before posting into your website. It's good for your business and your customer.

We have booked rooms in this hotel for five days. Today we will check in. I will update the review based on the experience. Update: No WiFi, breakfast is arranged from outside without tea, only one water bottle per room with two occupants. Worst than expected. If someone is reading this review, you can rectify the issues as we will be staying here for four more days. My advice to those who are planning to book here: don't get cheated by their ads, all are fake, book some good hotels
