"Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay. The bathroom was consistently unclean and had a lingering unpleasant odor throughout my visit. The staff seemed indifferent to guest needs, with slow responses and minimal effort to assist. Basic amenities were also not promptly provided, reflecting an overall lack of attention to ensuring guest comfort."

"The hotel was ok but I am extremely dissastisfied by Fabhotel's policies. I think the company is very dishonest and does not care about customers. Whether its calling me about 100 times asking for advance payment after offering a "no prepayment required" booking is not appreciated. It is also very sad they you removed "breakfast" from booking while my original booking did confirm that it was included. I have no words to even describe the level of dishonesty that was displayed here."

"When I requested a cup of milk for my 4year old kid firstly they agreed and took time to bring that and when I enquired where is my order they started behaving weirdly. Over the phone call the one who sits in reception counter said faaltu ka kaam. If they do feel bringing milk to kid for which I told I will pay the extra charges for that and they do consider it as useless then please shut down your hotel if you guys don't have respect to customer."
