Good room , Value from money, Pavan at reception is good

This is a good hotel for short stays

Overall good experience quite clean room TV not working multiple of time I face lift issue bcz lift run till 2 floor no kitchen available

The property has good facilities and polite staff, my experience was affected by the extremely loud DJ sound at night. The noise carried all the way into the rooms, making it difficult to rest or relax. The management should ensure better soundproofing or restrict loud music hours to avoid disturbing guests. Apart from that, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the service was prompt. If the sound issue is addressed, this place would offer a much more comfortable stay.

No cleanliness is there. Breakfast food is entirely waste.

The staff was very rude in approaching the customer. There was no toothpaste in the bathroom. The rooms floor was very sticky and weird. The corner had spitting walls.

I booked ac room but, they provided non AC and there is no hot water and drinking water not provided

Very bad rooms n washrooms and the bed linens are messy and not clean

Even after advance payment 10 days before at the time of arrival at the hotel shifted to a different property by saying property is soldout, shifted property is very low grade, the paid amount cannot justify room quality. Very bad experience with fab hotel.
