I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. In my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.

First location is not perfect and hotel sign boards not visible in the nights, service is utter worst if you request for something Minimum wait time is 30 minutes. Rooms are good and the receptionist response is not good

Very disappointed with my stay. The room looked nothing like the photos—completely misleading. The bathroom was dirty and not properly cleaned. It’s a cheap hotel with equally cheap service. I called the staff twice about the TV not working, but no one ever came to fix it. The mattress was damaged and uncomfortable, and the blanket wasn’t clean either. Would not recommend this place at all.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it had some positives, there were also some significant drawbacks. Room Quality The rooms were not up to par considering the price. The blankets and pillow covers were very old and could have been replaced. The bathroom was also a letdown - the shower wasn't working properly, and the shutoff spray was a bit of an issue. Amenities The AC was working, but it wasn't cooling the room properly. This was a bit of a disappointment, especially considering the hot weather. Food and Staff On the plus side, the restaurant was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I did have a bit of a negative experience with the lady receptionist. Location The location of the hotel was excellent - it's very close to Secunderabad Railway Station, Secunderabad West Metro Station, and the bus station. This made it easy to get around the city. Overall While the hotel had some positives, the room quality and amenities were not up to par. With a bit of improvement in these areas, this hotel could be a great option for travelers.
