About Kokapet, Hyderabad
Located about 20 km from the heart of the city, Kokapet is a neighbourhood in the outskirts of Hyderabad. It lies about 5 km away from Nanakramguda Financial District and gives easy access to HITEC City, one of the major IT hubs in the region. Kokapet is a designated Special Economic Zone and the Telangana Government has plans to develop it into an integrated township over the next few years. All these factors have made Kokapet a much sought-after real estate and commercial hotbed, especially for the IT crowd. The area is also a preferred choice of business travellers and there is a good range of hotels in Kokapet that cater to their accommodation needs. The neighbourhood enjoys good connectivity with many localities in the region as well as the international airport in Hyderabad, thanks to the Outer Ring Road that passes through it. Many tourist attractions including Osman Sagar Lake and Mrugavani National Park are in proximity to Kokapet, making it a favourite with tourists looking for hotels in Hyderabad.

FabHotel Dark Inn
Really good hotel, I look forward to staying here . The staff are the best feature, genuinely helpful and kind. It is always a good sign to see the same staff members when you return to a hotel. Rooms are spacious and good value for money.

FabHotel Dark Inn
Overall, had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Looking forward to staying here again.
FabHotel Dark Inn
The staff was exceptionally courteous and professional, and this extended through all the departments, right from the Front Desk to Housekeeping.
FabHotel Broholic
The location of the hotel is good and easy to reach. However, the stay was just okay. It doesn’t feel like a proper hotel. FAB Hotel should really reconsider being associated with this setup. This place mainly functions as a PG (paying guest accommodation) for students and working people, and only a few rooms are used for hotel guests. The environment is nothing like a 3-star hotel. The lift is old, dirty and smells bad. The beds have bugs, and the bedsheets and blankets are of very poor quality — even clean ones look used. Liquor bottles were lying around in the corridors here and there. The kitchen that serves breakfast is actually used for the PG residents and looked messy and unhygienic when I saw it at night. The staff, including housekeeping and front office, don’t look professional and the place lacks cleanliness. The bathroom, bed, bedsheets, blankets, and even the cupboard don’t give the feel of a hotel room. Overall, the stay was not comfortable.
FabHotel Casa Grand Inn
Originally, being from outside Telangana, my family and I booked a three-day stay at a Fab Casa Grande INN hotel in Hyderabad through an Fab app for my Visa embassy appointment. Our previous experiences with Fab hotels in other cities had been great, and we thought it would be a budget-friendly option near the Consulate. However, upon arrival, it was quite unpleasant. The room appeared unclean with multiple Paan spittings, with cockroaches and bugs scurrying about, and there was a noticeable bad smell. Naturally, we requested a room change, hoping for something better. Unfortunately, the changed room turned out to be even worse than the first. Bed spring was broken, Window was facing the corridor near the elevator, window screens were small offering Zero privacy. Unsure why Fab has such hotels under their brand. Even worst was the Fab hotels customer service, they pick calls only for booking and for cancellation/refund, they made us circle around. Finally, Though a budget friendly option in the vicinity of US consulate, unless you are travelling alone and can adjust anything, book here. If not, stay out of this place.
FabHotel Corner Courtyard
Very worst Rooms, For the sake TV is hanged to wall , worst maintainance,Confused with pillow colours it is dirty brown or white. Nobody will come for cleaning untill you call them and land phone is also not working. Bathroom ceiling is broken ,leakage in Taps . Only for photoshoot purpose rooms are clean ,Don't get trap by seeing photos Please don't pay the amount in advance until you see the room.
FabHotel Prime Prowell Crown
Staff behavior especially persons (available from 11-14 in all shifts)in the front desk was not supporting. Very bad staff,
